Press release: Guided tour through the exhibition "September 5, 1972 - The End of the Cheerful Games in Munich".

After a 3-year break, the Fürstenfeldbruck District Office is again offering a guided tour through the exhibition "September 5, 1972 - The End of the Cheerful Games in Munich" on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Old Tower of the Fürstenfeldbruck Air Base. The guided tour lasts about 1 hour.

Afterwards, there is the possibility to take an additional tour on the former airfield with the app for the digital place of remembrance. Please bring mobile devices (smartphone or tablet) incl. headphones for this.

Since the Old Tower is located in a military security area, registration is absolutely necessary. Interested parties can register by emailing oeffentlichkeitsarbeit@lra-ffb.de or calling 08141 519-395 no later than April 17, 2023 with the following information:

- Name

- Address

- Identity card or passport number

- Nationality

- Vehicle registration number
