Purpose and legal foundation for the processing of personal data
The purpose of the processing is to fulfil the public responsibilities assigned to us by the legislator, in particular of informing the public.
The legal foundation for the processing of your data arises, unless otherwise stated, from Art. 4 para. 1 of the Bavarian Data Protection Act in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. 1 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of the processing is to inform the population about the 1972 Olympic Games attack.
